Discolouration/ Burn in

Bought this product exactly 2 years ago. (November 2022) There is a huge brown discoloured patch in the middle of the screen going from top to bottom. It’s a shame that the warranty is only for 1 year and the product mounted on my living room’s wall is basically an embarrassment. My previous LED from Sony lasted me good 10 years before it developed a defect. This is my first and last time buying a Samsung!

TV SE VE OSCURA Y LAS APLICACIONES NO FUNCIONAN

Compré la tele hace 2 meses y se ve totalmente oscura. Paso nota a Mediamark y me dicen que hay un problema de software y que contacte con Samsung. Contacto, actualizan el software y sigue sin funcionar. Ahora estoy luchando porque está en garantía a ver si me abonan el dinero o me dan una nueva.... Veremos....

Después de unos 3 meses de uso se ve oscura

De un día para otro se ve muy oscura, no se puede ajustar.
Samsung dice que es un error en la actualización automática, en unos días lo solucionará.
Resumen: tele nueva y no va bien por culpa de samsung.

Sorprendido

Tenía una 4k y decidí comprar esta para para otra ubicación. Pues bien, yo noto el QLED, noto que se ve mejor que la 4k. Los colores más resultones, mejor brillo, mejores negros y sobretodo con Ps5 se ve de fàbula con esos HDMI 2.1. Totalmente recomendable

6 months later and I'm still as happy as can be. Much better picture than the q60 series. The colours are vibrant and accurate. Both sports and movies are a joy to watch. Just ensure you optimise the picture parameters for your eyes, room brightness and preference. Best tv buy I've ever made.
