Mega Produkt

Frau

After owning the robot vacuum for more than two weeks now I am still very pleased and glad to own it. It makes everyday life very easy and helps a lot.
The dustbin is quite big so I do not need to change it each time. After a few runs I wanted to change the bin for the first time. Taking it out was very easy but I had problems putting it back it. I contacted the customer service at about 10 pm, which only was in English but that is totally fine for me. The customer service took its time and could help me with my problem. It turned out I had not put the lid on properly. I was very positively surprised about the great help and could continue like before.
I have nothing negative to say about this device. The suction power is great and I do not want to live without anymore! If I could mention a tiny bit of negativity it is the fact that I always have to tidy up the apartment before starting it. Sometimes it ends up having a sock in its „mouth“.
But that is just complaining on a high level.

Guter Saugroboter
