Broken within few weeks

Buyer beware. I picked up my Oura Ring 4 black on August 1st of this year. The casing and the ring separated last night, August 19th, even though I had been extra careful about its use. This apparently is a KNOWN defect in the Oura Ring 4 design, as they have an open letter addressing it. I am having a horrible time trying to get it replaced, there is no person at the company to talk to...only AI chats, with the promises that I will be contacted "in 24 hours".
I did give it 2 stars because for awhile, I was able to enjoy the ring and it worked. But now I'm worried about continued stability and a replacement one breaking again due to the same defect. How many times will I have to run this circus?

Not always accurate

It’s okay. It doesn’t always register my steps. It didn’t record about 5000 steps today.

Horrible

Very unhappy with it, battery dies fast doesn’t track my workouts I would give zero stars but there’s no option for that

Everything needed

Very happy with the ring. However need to reboot my android phone each morning to get the ring to connect.
